Exchange 2007/2010: How to customize "Appointment" forms in Outlook at server level?
Hi There Do you know if it is possible to customize the "available fields" when opening a "New Appointment" or "New Meeting" for all the users in an Organization? In Exchange 2003 there was the possibility to create custom forms for Public Folders... I was wondering if this function still exists and if it is applicable to mailbox calendars too... TIA -- Moma

Hi, As far as I know, in Outlook 2000, we can globally change the default forms by using the Forms Administrator utility. I am not sure whether it supports outlook 2007 or higher version, since I am not the specialist in the Office Products. For pure outlook question, you can ask ask it in outlook forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/outlook/threadsPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
