Exchange 2007/2010: How to customize "Appointment" forms in Outlook at server level?
Hi There
Do you know if it is possible to customize the "available fields" when opening a "New Appointment" or "New Meeting" for all the users in an Organization?
In Exchange 2003 there was the possibility to create custom forms for Public Folders... I was wondering if this function still exists and if it is applicable to mailbox calendars too...
TIA

Hi
Thanks for your answer!
This is good for PF. Do you know if it is possible to customize default "appointment" window layout in Outlook?
TIA

Hi,
As far as I know, in Outlook 2000, we can globally change the default forms by using the Forms Administrator utility. I am not sure whether it supports outlook 2007 or higher version,
since I am not the specialist in the Office Products.
For pure outlook question, you can ask ask it in outlook forum:
